Preserved Lemons


I must be on a preserving kick. Not canning, but preserving.
I've got Ashley to thank again. As a child of Foodies, she had no choice but to become one herself at Craving4More. The food she creates in the kitchen is so delicious. She combines complimenting flavors like nobody I've met. I'd never preserved lemons before I met her. I never knew what I was missing. Now, I keep a jar in the refrigerator to add to anything I want to give a clean, fresh flavor. Scrambled eggs with preserved lemons are like none you've ever had. Don't be shy about it.
