Salted Caramel Brownies

It's February, the month of chocolate. Thank you Ina Garten for this recipe.
I really don't need a reason to make anything chocolate. I am just hungry for the sweet, salty, chocolatey richness of these brownies. The coffee grounds give the chocolate a deep flavor. I wouldn't be able to pinpoint the flavor if I didn't know it was there. Oh and the salt. The salt seriously MAKES these little squares of satisfaction. Find the best flaky salt you can to top it off. These were very easy to make, and I get a lot of satisfaction baking from scratch. Anyone can buy a box, but my soul goes into baking from scratch. It's meditative.
